Piece will be written for your specific event or needs and purchased to use and distribute as print, video, or audio with unlimited use and owned exclusively by the purchasing party. Author credits remain as Opal Ellyse but use of the piece is unlimited. (This is generally the most expensive option, and has been used for promotional videos, commercials, and commemorative events and gifts. Pricing will vary by piece.)

Spoken Word Speaking Appearances

You can chose from any one of Opal Ellyse's pieces from the Spoken Word Album "My Name is Opal", or other pieces and have them read or performed at your event. Just describe the event and Opal will offer an appropriate poem from her catelog for your audience.

Team building and Social Equity Through Poetry Workshops

One catalog original spoken word piece performed, with a writing and sharing workshop directly following the piece. Workshop lasts one hour, where we explore the meaning of each piece along with the social justice themes intertwined within the writing.

The workshop is designed to help groups and leaders create safe spaces to have transformative conversations and build the kind of relationships required to succeed in today's working environment. This artist led workshop is ideal for team building and board retreats! All materials will be customized and are included. Great for ERG launches!
